Lectors & Commentators
We proclaim the Word of God at all the masses and special services.
This ministry is open to all members of St. Peter Claver parish. Children must have completed the 5th Grade. Every year the Liturgy Committee sponsors a Ministry Day when training is provided for those interested in becoming lectors and commentators. Once training is completed, lectors and commentators are scheduled for the year. Individuals are responsible for finding their own replacement from the substitute list when they are not able to volunteer as scheduled.
